Business Outlook Breakfast: Agriculture & Food

Clover Adams, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, will discuss the state of Michigan's food and agriculture industry. . . including global food demand, Michigan's fresh water advantage, and supply chain efficiencies.  The discussion will also focus on current challenges in the industry, as well as unique opportunities to create a competitive marketplace.

Prior to becoming Director in 2012, Adams worked in various governmental leadership roles for nearly 25 years in two state capitols, as well as our nation's capitol.  She has served in both the legislative and executive branches and several business trade associations covering a broad range of issues.
