Join Holland/Zeeland Young Professionals for a Coffee & Conversations panel discussion on November 14th at 7:30am at Warehouse 6 as we discuss hiring in the current environment, standing out in an interview, and how paying attention to organizational culture affects the quality of a hiring process. 

Panelists will also discuss transitioning up in a workplace, challenges with recruitment and retention, diversity initiatives, and how companies can use its culture to improve hiring outcomes. 

The panel will include guests Amy Kraal (President/CEO HR Solutions), Joe Matthews, (Gentex- Vice President, Purchasing), and Seth Bushouse (Gentex-Senior Director of HR).

Enjoy delicious hot coffee while networking from 7:30 to 8am. We'll begin the Panel discussion promptly at 8am.
