The key to finding creative solutions rests in our ability to identify options, research them and the put plans together in a way that works. Having a process to work through can take the anxiety out of problem solving and make decisions easier. This seminar will give you techniques to analyze information, problem solving steps and tools, and a basis for creating a plan for implement decisions.
Join us as Jim Gort from Davenport University's Institute for Professional Excellence (IPEx) teaches you how to solve problems and make decisions. He is responsible for oversight of the Management Programs and Business Capstones at the Davenport?s W.A. Lettinga Campus in Grand Rapids, Michigan and carries a full teaching load. He has presented at conferences on topics include Applying Critical Thinking in the Workplace and Developing Transformational Leaders and has also facilitated corporate training workshops. Jim has earned Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and has a Masters of Management.
