Seminar - Heroic Customer Service

 

 

Everyone has experience with poor customer service, but expectations for excellent service vary with every customer.  This highly interactive seminar will set the bar at the top, giving participants tools that can resolve customer conflicts with tact and strategies to understand what each customer needs to walk away feeling satisfied.  Who will benefit: anyone who is asked to resolve internal and external customer complaints.
