Social media is a powerful tool for employers.  When used properly it can help provide answers, spread messages, and discover trends.  But if you use it wrong, or let your employees use it incorrectly, it can cause big trouble.  In this seminar we will discuss the pros and cons of using social media as a recruiting tool, how social media has become the new "water cooler" for employee gossip and complaints, how and when to monitor your employees' use of social media and the rules you need to have in place to reduce the risk of liability for your company.  This is a highly interactive program so come prepared to discuss these issues and bring your questions.  Presented by Steve Palazzolo from Warner Norcross & Judd.
