Mike will share some simple concepts that can help your organization understand alignment differently and see its true brand take shape.

With a "tell it like it is" speaking style, Mike has shared his practical expertise in all manner of forums from TEDx all the way to elementary school classrooms. Mike is a believer in the idea that everyone is capable of greatness and that greatness can be unlocked if we stop listening to the world, stop overcomplicating and just try.
