Mike Novakoski is the President and CEO of award winning Elzinga & Volkers Construction Professionals (E&V) and The EV Group, a national professional staffing company. E&V has been a strong member of the Holland business community since 1945.  Mike has 30 years of commercial and industrial construction management experience with emphasis on organizational leadership. He is also the author of two books and a nationally recognized speaker on the subjects of culture, breaking out of the commodity mindset, innovation and right brain justified leadership.
