The West Coast Chamber has teamed up with Scott Patchin, Owner and Founder of The trUGroup, to share how we can use our EOS Toolbox to help navigate through changes. Scott will share tips on how to reset your EOS mindset, using the core tools during times of crisis and will provide 5 IDS (identify, discuss, solve) questions you should be asking yourself during this time.
