Re-Imagining Retail presented by WhizBang! Training
The Downtown Holland Principal Shopping District (PSD), Zeeland Shopping Area Redevelopment Board (SARB) and West Coast Chamber of Commerce are pleased to partner with Bob Negen, owner of WhizBang! Training, to help you kick off the summer on a positive, inspiring note! We hope you'll join us on Tuesday, June 2 to hear Bob's newest presentation entitled, Re-Imagining Retail.
Are you ready to expand your thinking and the way you do business in order to thrive in this ever changing economy filled with big box stores and e-commerce? A tremendous opportunity has emerged for local, independent retailers and small business owners like you.
The rapid increase of formulaic big box stores and impersonal online shopping is presenting a huge demand for personalized service and artfully crafted customer experiences. Great independents who are willing to evolve their stores to meet this growing need will thrive! But, if you cannot adapt and keep up, you will lose out.
Come to this powerful, thought provoking presentation by Bob Negen, an internationally recognized authority on independent retail. You will learn how to reimagine your store and transform your business to success in this new competitive world.
The Re-Imagining Retail presentation will take place on Tuesday, June 2 at the Howard Miller Public Library. Registration and networking will begin promptly at 7:00 am with the program beginning at 7:30am. The program will conclude at 9:00 a.m. Registration for this event is $5 per person and is open to PSD, SARB and West Coast Chamber members only.
